How is the shipping rate decided?

There is no shipping calculator. After you send the order, our customer care team contacts you on WhatsApp to confirm the address and quote the rate by country and weight — before any payment.

Do you ship outside Oman?

Yes — across the GCC (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain) and worldwide by express courier. Prices display in the currency you pick at the top of the page.

Is the oud and amber genuine?

Yes. We import oud wood from trusted sources, age the oils in our own workshop in Al Seeb, and make the dukhoon and bakhoor ourselves. If a scent is not right for you, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
