Oud is the resinous heartwood of the aquilaria tree — deep, woody, a little smoky. Amber is a warm, sweet, powdery accord. At Alkhayala we use oud for depth and amber for warmth, so the trace stays balanced rather than heavy.
Our concentrations are high: 8–12 hours on skin and more than 24 hours on fabric. For the longest wear, apply to pulse points right after a shower and do not rub the skin.

Yes. We import oud wood from trusted sources, age the oils in our own workshop in Al Seeb, and make the dukhoon and bakhoor ourselves. If a scent is not right for you, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Keep the bottle in its box away from sunlight, heat and humidity, and never leave it in a car. Oud oil and bakhoor prefer a cool, dark place — stored well, they keep for years.
